PERSONALISING YOUR ACCOUNT

* To change settings head over to your Profile and click on 'Edit Profile' *
*AVATARS:
What better way to personalise your account by uploading your own avatar? You're allowed to upload any picture you wish, so long as there are no obscene images. The only other criteria I need is that your avatar does not stretch the board.
*SIGNATURES:
Signatures are again, another great way to personalise your account and they will show underneath each post. I currently have a friend who is currently into making signatures as a banner form so if you should want one, but have no idea how to make one, then don't hesitate to PM me for details. Again, your banner must not stretch the board and has to be a maximum of 350 px high. I also don't want any obscene images used.
*DISPLAY NAME:
Your display name is what shows up when you post. You are allowed to use spaces, symbols and numbers. I have no problem with whatever name you choose, so long as it isn't offensive or rude.
*SETTINGS:
Enables you to choose what you want to see, certain defaults and various other settings. Your settings are entirely up to you to choose but I have a couple of recommended settings for you all: Enable Drafts (Meaning your posts will save as you are typing so if your computer starts acting up, you won't lose everything), Show Participated (A small button appears on the screen, alerting you when a thread you have posted in has been updated)
*PRIVACY:
Choose who can view your profile, gender, activity, e-mail and so on. I really don't mind what settings you choose, but I would prefer for everyone to leave the 'Invisibility' button alone.
*NOTIFICATIONS:
Choose what you get alerted for on both the forum and what gets sent to you by e-mail.
